This case involves the restoration of a patient with complex needs due to the positioning of their teeth. The patient had an old, aesthetically unsatisfactory three-unit metal-ceramic bridge that did not meet aesthetic standards and failed to provide the necessary functionality.

To address this issue, the dental midline was adjusted, and surgical crown lengthening was performed on the upper left first premolar to improve tooth alignment and overall aesthetics. Subsequently, the old bridge was replaced with zirconia bridges, which offer a more natural appearance and high durability.
